Weight Loss!

I've lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks and I'm feeling good about myself :)


I'm trying an experiment on how to lose weight and finding out what works for me. I'm 2 weeks into the experiment and if I see results in 2 more weeks then I will share my experience and blog about it. But for now let me leave you with a few key words to get your minds going about my little experiment:
1. Digestion

2. Sleep

3. Lifestyle change
